Your information is stored in a secured database hosted on Manus infrastructure and in our Microsoft 365 SharePoint environment (actlearningsystems.sharepoint.com). Both systems are protected by industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Our website enforces HTTPS for all connections. HTTP security headers — including Strict-Transport-Security, X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, and a Content-Security-Policy — are applied to every response to protect against common web-based attacks.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, whichever comes first. After this period, your data is deleted from our systems unless a business relationship has been established.

We do not integrate Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or any other advertising or behavioral tracking platform on this website.
